Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honour of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century.
Russell Gilbert M.D. has been practicing Sleep Medicine since 1995. Since 2007, Dr. Gilbert has had a private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona focusing on insomnia and its psychological and behavioral causes. This focus has enabled him to become an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Dr. Gilbert remains one of only 35 physicians in North America, and the only physician in Arizona, who has additional certification in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in White Plains, New York who specializes in behavioral sleep medicine (BSM) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression in adults. I am one of very few board-certified BSM specialists in the northeast, with less than 160 clinicians worldwide who hold this distinction.
