Dr. Cuddihy provides behavioral sleep medicine services to a wide variety of patients with sleep disorders. Services offered include (but are not limited to): Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Motivational Interviewing and/or Desensitization for PAP non-adherence, Bright Light Therapy and/or Chronotherapy for circadian rhythm disorders, and behavioral interventions for disorders of excessive sleepiness (e.g., narcolepsy, ideopathic hypersomnia).
