I've spent over 10 years working with diverse individuals, organizations, and professionals to provide sleep restoration and optimization treatments, workshops, and seminars grounded in CBT-I, sleep consolidation, and mindfulness-based approaches. Working as Clinical Faculty at New York University, I've also dedicated my time to training and supervising the next generation of clinicians at the university and in my private practice in Downtown Manhattan.
