I believe that an important part of the success of sleep therapy is based on establishing a therapeutic relationship based upon therapist’s compassion and genuine concern for their client. I always try to identify client’s strength and resilience at the beginning of the treatment and consequently help a person to start building on these with a new, healthier approach to better sleep and a happier life. I strongly believe that despite all the stressful and overwhelming situations in past and present it is always possible to find enough power and motivation to start moving toward health and happiness. To help people bring in themselves this power is my calling in life. I like to say that it all begins with sleep.
