I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). In addition, I also provide behavioral treatment for other sleep-related disorders such as nightmare disorder, disorders of hypersomnolence, circadian rhythm sleep/wake disorders, and CPAP adherence support.
I provide short-term behavioral interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia (ACT-I), mindfulness-based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. I also collaborate with prescribers to support individuals who are seeking to reduce or discontinue sleep medications.
In addition, I treat anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, men's health issues, couples concerns, and LGBTQ+-related issues. I maintains a strong commitment to ongoing professional education and consultation to ensure the highest quality of care.
