I’m a Registered Clinical Psychologist based in Calgary, Alberta, with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I offer structured, evidence-based CBT-I for adults struggling with chronic insomnia, sleep maintenance issues, early morning awakenings, or sleep-related anxiety. Virtual sessions are available throughout Alberta.

I maintain an active sleep-focused caseload and integrate CBT-I into broader treatment for anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ2S+ allied, and welcomes clients with complex histories, including healthcare professionals and first responders.
