Monica Grey
I offer therapy in Spanish and English for adults experiencing insomnia, anxiety, and trauma. I’m Mónica Grey, a bilingual therapist and founder of Grey Wellness, where we place sleep at the center of mental health. I provide virtual care throughout Maryland and Virginia.
You may feel exhausted but unable to sleep, find yourself replaying difficult experiences, or feel on edge even when things seem okay. These experiences can affect your relationships, your confidence, and your ability to feel present in everyday life. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck and identify practical ways forward.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to address the thoughts and habits that keep sleep difficult. I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. In CPT, we explore how difficult experiences have shaped your beliefs about yourself, other people, and the world, working through self-blame and toward a greater sense of safety and trust.
Addressing sleep, anxiety, and trauma within the same practice allows for continuity of care. As your needs evolve, we can work on these connected concerns together, without necessarily starting over with another therapist.
Therapy is a collaborative process, with room for your language, culture, and personal experiences. Start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk about what you’re looking for and see whether we’re a good fit.
