I am a Developmental and Sports Neuropsychologist who provides cognitive and behavioral interventions for a variety of sleep-related disorders across the lifespan in order to promote overall brain health. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and with parents of young children with bedtime problems. Telehealth platforms allow me to work with individuals and their families across Iowa, and in Florida, Georgia, and Nebraska.
